The work includes selective demolition, striping, cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous steel, granite countertops, wood slat paneling, stucco repair, roof patching/walk pads, joint sealants, aluminum window, gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient base, painting, toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, metal canopy, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm.
