Project Description
The project consists of a 3,398 sf remodel of the existing building.
All bids must be per the plans and specs and include prevailing wages.
The work includes selective demolition, fencing cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, metal fabrications, architectural woodwork, waterproofing/joint sealants, vinyl siding, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and base, carpet, painting, signage, toilet accessories, fire specialties, countertops, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.
