Project Description
Rehabilitate an existing 7 story building into 47 residential apartments.
There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled on November 13th at 10:00 AM at the jobsite.
The work includes but is not limited to: cast-in-place concrete and associated sitework, masonry and stone repair, unit masonry, cast stone, structural steel, metal fabrication, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, Doors Frames and Hardware, aluminum storefront and windows, terrazzo restoration, plaster wall & ceilings and drywall, tile, wood floor refinishing, resilient flooring and carpet, painting, signage, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet & bath accessories, appliances, residential casework, window treatments, elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm. Project is non- taxable. No Davis Bacon requirements.
