Project Description
The project consists of a 36,690 sf renovation to the three existing historic building with 34 living units.
There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled on January 6th at 10:00 AM at the jobsite. Attendance is not mandatory but it is recommended.
The work includes structural demolition, selective demolition, site concrete, landscaping & irrigation, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, cast stone masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, millwork, insulation, waterproofing, firestopping, joint sealant, sheet metal roofing, elastomeric sheet roofing, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum windows, glazing, metal framing, gypsum board assemblies, cement plaster, tile, resilient flooring, painting, signage, premier carports, toilet accessories, building/site specialties, fire protection, residential appliances, electric traction elevator, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and fire alarm.
Location
Cleburne, TXProject is not subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements, and is tax-exempt.
