Project Description
The project consists of a 6,671 sf addition and 341,720 sf renovation for the Advisors Excel space, with associated sitework. It also consists of a 107,897 sf renovation to for the existing mall space with associated sitework. Please refer to the Construction Manager Manual for Bid Form and Alternates.
Bidders are to break their bids out by area per the Construction Manager Manual and Bid Form.
This is a bid packaged project. Please reference the MCP Build, Inc. Construction Manager Manual for all bidding information. A specific Scope of Work (SOW) has been issued for the work remaining. All bids are to be submitted on MCP Group Bid Form. Please review all construction documents thoroughly. Bid Bonds are NOT required. Payment and Performance Bonds are to be provided as an add on the bid form.
