The project consists of a new 47,500 sf metal building, office space, warehouse and mechanic space, with associated sitework.
Sales taxes are to be broken out as a line item on your bid. Mechanics Shop will need to be broken out as a separate line item as well. Excavation for utilities will be done by the owner (quantities will be needed for the owner), stormwater culvert on the south side of the site will be done by the owner.
The work includes site demolition, earthwork, striping, site concrete, fencing, landscaping & irrigation, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, decorative railings, architectural woodwork, insulation, EIFS, sheet metal, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, overhead sectional doors, aluminum entrances & storefront, gypsum board assemblies, DIRTT walls, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring & carpet, epoxy flooring, painting, toilet compartments & accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, premanufactured canopy, pre-engineered building, fire sprinkler, plumbing, & HVAC.
