The work includes site demolition, erosion control, earthwork, site concrete, striping, fencing, landscaping & Irrigation, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous steel, finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, roofing, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum entrances and storefront, gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring & carpet, painting, toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, signage, operable partition, residential kitchen equipment, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data/telecommunications, and fire alarm.
