Project Description

The project consists of a new 13,922 sf one and a half story store.

The project will bid on December 7th, be awarded shortly thereafter, but work will not begin until May 1. Please see the schedule that is included in the documents.

The work includes site demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, pervious paving, striping, site concrete, landscaping & irrigation, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, snow melt system, and site electrical. All other work will bid at a later date.
