Project Description

The project consists of a new 5,760 sf shell building.

The Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical have been bid and awarded.

The work includes earthwork, erosion control, asphalt paving, site concrete, fencing, site utilities, landscaping & irrigation, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, metal wall panels, stucco, TPO roofing, joint sealants/waterproofing, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum entrances & storefront, gypsum board assemblies, painting, and aluminum canopies.
