Project Description

The project consists of a new 3,630 sf branch bank with associated sitework.

This is for all scopes except Earthwork, Site Utilities, and Concrete. Those scopes bid on November 9th.

The work includes site demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, site utilities, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, stone, structural steel, architectural woodwork, spray foam insulation, acrylic plaster soffit system, metal wall panels, fiber cement siding, TPO roofing joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum entrances & storefront, gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpet, terrazzo, painting, signage, toilet & bath accessories, fire protection specialties, lockers, roller shades, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
