Remodel and Adaptive reuse of 100 wood-framed apartment units. Consists of 20 existing buildings. Will require selective site concrete removal and replacement, re-grading to achieve ADA gradation, new playground, erosion control, selective demolition, selective replacement of doors, frames, door hardware, cabinets, wall base, flooring, drywall, paint, texture, appliances, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, HVAC equipment, power washing, asphalt shingle roof, remove and reinstall gutters.
Alternates to include: remove and replace windows, patio doors, and new entry doors.

Pre-Bid/Job Walk Information
An on-site pre-bid meeting and job walk will be held on August 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM. This will start at the clubhouse; then some units will be viewed.
Site/exterior subcontractors are encouraged to come by at 10:00 AM, or to visit anytime.
