Project Description

The project consists of a new 11,500 sf SCL Shell Building, with associated sitework.

Bids are to be broken out (On-Site Infrastructure, Off-Site Infrastructure, Building, Decel Lane, and Detention Improvements) and also per the Schedule of Values.

The work includes earthwork, asphalt paving, striping, site concrete, site utilities, landscaping & irrigation, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, thermal insulation, fiber cement siding, stucco, metal wall panels, TPO roofing, joint sealants, hollow metal doors/frames/hardware, aluminum entrances & storefronts, gypsum board assemblies, painting, manufactured canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
