The work includes earthwork, site demolition, site concrete, decorative metal fences and gates, asphalt paving, striping, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, stone, structural steel, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, EIFS, air barriers, metal panels, fiber cement siding, TPO roofing, joint sealants, acoustic sealants, doors/frames/hardware, sound control door assemblies, aluminum entrances & storefront, gypsum board assemblies, ceilings, resilient flooring & carpet, access flooring, sound absorbing wall and ceiling units, painting, toilet compartments and accessories, fire protection specialties, metal lockers, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
